MatsSoft offers a solution that automates contact via SMS. MatsSoft’s existing experience with Vodafone suggests huge scope to structure and automate the patients involvement in their pathway with, for example, automatic appointment reminders, status updates, activity pending on either side, directions and notifications to avoid food and drink prior to arrival. In UK Financial Services the MatsSoft technology has reduced calls to and from the customer by 60%, speeded up processes by 30% and has 100% satisfaction from users. A modest 4% reduction in “Do Not Attends” alone would save the English NHS £200m per annum. MatsSoft will demonstrate their technology on the Vodafone stand.
Wave Medical Limited
Wave Medical provides bespoke drugs prescribing, editorial guidance and support to a range of clinicians online from a PC or a handheld device. Vodafone and Wave Medical aim to provide exclusive UK access to Wave Medical’s resources online and over the Vodafone network to existing or new mobile devices we supply to the NHS. Wave Medical will demonstrate their technology on the Vodafone stand.
T+ Medical
The T+ Medical technology helps manage Long Term Conditions on the patients existing mobile phone, on any network. The service is now available commercially to the NHS on the PaSA framework. If the NHS used this service to support a personalised care plan for the 1.7 million patients with Diabetes, Asthma, COPD and Hypertension proven in the trials it could save £1bn per annum in emergency admission reduction alone. T+ focuses on encouraging the patient to actively work with the NHS system on their wellbeing. T+ already supplies several PCT’s and with Vodafone support we are currently working towards a scale pilot with the South Central SHA. T+ Medical will demonstrate their technology on the Vodafone stand.
