Service Improvement Skills Programme
The Service Improvement Skills Programme (SISk) has been designed to help organisations across South Central to meet the challenge of improving value and reducing waste and variation in healthcare delivery leading to better quality care. It is a key element of the SHA Service Improvement Strategy which is focused on:
1. RAISING Quality, Productivity and Efficiency
2. BUILDING Skills, Knowledge and Competencies and
3. DEVELOPING Self (continuous) improvement capability
Through the SISk Programme, organisations can access a range of learning for supporting the development of a continuous improvement culture. The programme has elements aimed at leaders of improvement, improvement practitioners and education and training leads.
