Within The Staying Healthy Zone we will be offering attendees and delegates the opportunity to undertake a cardiovascular risk assessment. Participants can benefit from a 20 minute consultation with a risk nurse, during which blood pressure and cholesterol are checked and a number of lifestyle questions are asked. Based on the information collected during this assessment, the risk nurse can then offer tailored advice on minimising cardiovascular risk.
